Reserve your position to select a house.
2. Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow Deposit
Deposit funds to complete phase one of construction. Escrow funds are drawn as construction milestones are completed. Escrow Deposits are made for successive phases until the house is completed and ready for punch list and closing.
3. Closing
When final punch list is completed, final draw from escrow and conveyance of title to house and land to buyer.
